Francuski ministar vanjskih poslova kaže da treba izvršiti pritisak, a moguće i uvesti sankcije Izraelu kako bi se izraelsko vodstvo prisililo da otvori granične prijelaze i dostavi humanitarna pomoć Pojasu Gaze.

“Moraju postojati poluge moći i ima ih više, a idu sve do sankcija, kako bi humanitarna pomoć prošla preko tih prijelaza”, rekao je Stephane Sejourne radiju RFI i televiziji France 24.

Pohvalio se da je “Francuska bila jedna od prvih zemalja koje je predložila sankcije EU-a izraelskim doseljenicima koji na Zapadnoj obali pribjegavaju nasilju”.

“To ćemo, ako bude potrebno, nastaviti kako bi ishodili otvaranje prijelaza za dostavu humanitarne pomoći“, rekao je Sejourne.

Prema ministarstvu zdravstva Gaze kojim upravlja Hamas, u šestomjesečnom ratu je poginulo 33.207 ljudi, a većina od 2,3 milijuna je bez domova dok mnogima prijeti i glad.

Hamas je 7. listopada upao u južni Izrael te u kibicima i na glazbenom festivalu pobio 1200 ljudi i uzeo 253 talaca te izazvao rat koji traje već punih šest mjeseci.
