BOLZANO, ITALY - JULY 21: Abel (L), a 19-year-old from Ethiopia, looks on while walking in an abandoned train station after being asked to leave the train, he could not effort the ticket, in an attempt to reach the Brenner Pass at the Austrian border on 21 July, 2015, in Bolzano, Italy. Abel and approximately 40 other refugees from Ethiopia arrived by night train from Rome this morning and aid workers supplied them with food and water. The refugees say they are trying to reach Sweden, where they will apply for asylum. According to local politicians up to 100 refugees and migrants pass through the city of Bolzano daily. Abel's journey has so far taken seven months, including crossing the Mediterranean Sea by a small boat with 105 other migrants to the Italian island of Lampedusa, for which Abel says he paid smugglers USD 3,000. European Union nations are currently discussing how to distribute 40,000 refugees camped in Italy and Greece more fairly throughout Europe, though some members, including Austria and the Czech Republic, are flat out refusing to accept any more refugees.
